Key men

With both sides on the brink of an exit from the tournament, big performances are required. Sri Lanka must win but they could still go out if West Indies beat Australia by a big enough margin to usurp the Lankans’ run rate. India have to beat Sri Lanka by a margin of at least 20 runs, and then hope West Indies lose to Australia.

Sri Lanka will look to leading runscorer Mahela Jayawardene. He is 5-6 over/under 29 performance points with Bet365. Ajantha Mendis, the spinner, could be vital, too in the absence of Muttiah Muralitharan.
